Senior AI/ML Engineer: Scientific Computing

Swayable is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a focus on Scientific Computing. You will blend Python software development expertise with scientific computing, machine learning, and AI experience to advance the state of the art analytics engine that powers our core product. In this role, you will develop algorithms and models that enable our customers to gain deep insights from survey data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and scientific computing, with experience in Python (Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Celery, Flask) and a variety of ML techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing machine learning models for data analysis.
• Developing scientific computing tools that enhance our core product.
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to define and implement features.
• Evaluating and integrating new ML techniques and libraries.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Expertise in Python and scientific computing libraries (Numpy, Pandas).
• Experience with machine learning (linear regression, causal AI, text classification).
• Strong programming skills with Python and experience with Flask for web services.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and GraphQL for data access.
