Investors include Andy Roddick, Lindsay Davenport, and James Blake. **About The Role:** We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Associate to support our growing enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support to enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. This is an opportunity to build a career in customer success at an innovative AI company. **Responsibilities:** * Onboard new enterprise customers and set up their accounts * Provide training and support to help customers use SwingVision effectively * Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for optimization * Gather customer feedback and relay to product and engineering teams * Develop and deliver training materials and documentation * Serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients **Requirements:** * Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build relationships with customers at all levels * Proficiency with CRM systems and customer-facing tools * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment **Preferred:** * Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products * Background in sports technology or AI * Familiarity with tennis or pickleball terminology **Bonus:** * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Knowledge of SwingVision product features * Passion for sports technology SwingVision is an equal opportunity employer.
