swivl is hiring a senior engineer to be an impact player on our engineering team. Our platform integrates various communication channels such as voice, chat, email, SMS, and other emerging channels to provide seamless interaction between businesses and their customers.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to take on significant ownership, lead projects, and see your ideas come to life. You'll be working on our core conversational AI platform.

Team & Culture:
We are a small, close-knit team, where everyone has a lot of autonomy and freedom to do their best work. We are fully remote (US-only) and mostly communicate via Slack & Google Meet. We value in-person team building and try to get the whole team together at least twice per year in varying locations.

Technical Skills:
Experience with our stack is preferred: Nodejs, Typescript/Javascript, TypeORM, Postgres, Heroku, Websocket.

Ideal Candidate:
A senior-level full-stack engineer comfortable with taking ownership and leading projects in a remote, autonomous environment. Experience with conversational AI or communication platforms is a plus.
