**About Tandem Health:**

Tandem Health is building an AI clinician copilot to automate medical notes and reduce administrative burden for healthcare professionals, saving them 5-10 minutes per patient. Our product listens to patient-clinician encounters to generate medical records and is already used by over 500 care organizations across Europe. We prioritize security (GDPR compliant, EU data handling, no audio storage) and seamless integration with EHR systems.

**The Role:**

Join our growing Stockholm tech team as a Software Engineer. You'll contribute significantly to building, launching, and iterating on our core product. This involves working across our full technology stack to enhance features, improve performance, and ensure scalability as our user base expands.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
*   Build and improve frontend components using TypeScript/React.
*   Contribute to our Windows application developed in C#.
*   Work with our infrastructure running on Kubernetes in Azure.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
*   Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
*   Help scale our systems to support rapid growth.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

*   Experience with one or more parts of our tech stack: Python, TypeScript, React, C#, Kubernetes, Azure.
*   Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
*   Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
*   Experience working in an agile development environment.
