**About Tandem Health:** Tandem Health is building a clinician copilot to allow healthcare professionals to focus on care rather than administration. We're building, launching and iterating quickly, and already have >500 organizations using our product. We just raised a $50M Series A and are expanding our Stockholm team with exceptional engineers! We use Python (backend), TypeScript/React (frontend) and C# (Windows app) and our infrastructure runs on Kubernetes in Azure. We're scaling rapidly in terms of # of users and are especially keen to talk to seasoned infrastructure engineers.** 

    **About The Role:** We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of Tandem's cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Kubernetes-based systems on Azure.

    **What You'll Do / Responsibilities:**
    *   Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    *   Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
    *   Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
    *   Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
    *   Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of our cloud infrastructure.
    *   Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance on the cloud.
    *   Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

    **What You'll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:**
    *   Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, particularly with Azure and Kubernetes.
    *   Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
    *   Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
    *   Knowledge of networking, storage, and security configurations in the cloud.
    *   Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
    *   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex system challenges.
    *   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    **Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000. This role is eligible for equity participation in Tandem Health.
