Developer Relations Engineer
About TensorZero: TensorZero is an open-source stack for industrial-grade LLM applications, unifying gateway, observability, optimization, evaluations, and experimentation. We’re seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to join our technical-first team, where you’ll engage with our developer community and help grow our open-source ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key developers and open-source contributors
- Create and maintain technical documentation and tutorials
- Organize community events and workshops
- Gather feedback from users to drive product improvements
- Represent TensorZero at conferences and community events
- Develop content to showcase TensorZero’s capabilities
Required Skills:
- Experience in open-source communities and developer advocacy
- Strong technical background in software development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Experience with community management tools
- Passion for open-source and developer education
Ideal Candidate: A developer advocate with 4+ years of experience in open-source communities, with a strong technical background. You should have a proven track record of growing developer communities and excellent communication skills. Experience with AI/ML tools is highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to work with a small, collaborative team on cutting-edge AI products with significant impact on TensorZero’s community growth.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000, with equity options as part of our compensation package.
