Role Overview: We’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience and strong back-end skills. You will help shape the product, lead technical decisions, and own end-to-end execution in a focused, ownership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Full-stack Development: build full-stack, user-facing features rapidly with high quality
* Backend Development: be responsible for our app’s backend infrastructure and architecture. Drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our backend is scalable and highly reliable
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with team to scope, implement, and refine features, shipping high quality code on a weekly basis
* Champion Quality & Stability: mentor junior developers, review their pull requests, and champion extremely clean, well organized code

Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
* 5+ years of TypeScript experience
* Full-stack developer who leans towards the backend
* Professional experience working with at least 5 of the following: Amazon AWS, building 3rd party integrations, search indexes, database replicas, caches, queues, cron jobs, API gateways, monitoring/analytics/logging, infrastructure as code, AI/ML
* Must be highly self motivated and value doing high quality work at velocity in a highly collaborative environment
* We are in person in NYC with remote Fridays and a few remote weeks per year

* Salary: $150-180k annually + Equity
