Our innovative agentic user testing system performs manual testing on its own virtual machines, providing comprehensive coverage without the limitations of traditional frameworks. ### About The Role ### We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our customers, helping them implement and maximize the value of our testing platform. You'll work directly with customers to understand their testing challenges and provide expert guidance on our solution. ### Key Responsibilities ### * Provide technical support to customers using our testing platform * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our testing solution * Collaborate with our engineering team to implement customer feedback * Develop and deliver training materials for new customers * Document customer use cases and success stories * Maintain knowledge of our product features and capabilities ### Required Skills ### * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Technical aptitude with software testing concepts * Experience with customer-facing roles * Problem-solving abilities and patience * Knowledge of software development lifecycle ### Ideal Candidate ### * 2+ years of customer support experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Strong technical background with an interest in AI/ML * Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms * Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction * Proficiency with cloud platforms and testing frameworks
