**Role Overview:** As an AI Research Scientist at Teton, you'll contribute to developing novel AI models for healthcare applications. You'll bridge theoretical research with practical implementation, focusing on predictive analytics and patient monitoring systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct original research in machine learning and AI applications for healthcare
- Develop and validate predictive models for patient outcomes and risk assessment
- Design experiments to evaluate algorithmic performance in real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research findings
- Stay current with advancements in AI research
- Present findings at internal and external conferences

**Required Skills:**
- Strong background in machine learning theory and practice
