Lead a team of talented engineers at ThreatMark, a fast-growing cybersecurity company disrupting financial fraud. We protect over 50M users globally using cutting-edge behavioral biometrics and threat detection technology.

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will guide, mentor, and manage a team responsible for developing and delivering core components of the ThreatMark platform. You will foster a collaborative environment, ensure high-quality code and architecture, manage project timelines, and contribute to technical decisions. You'll work with our stack including Python, TypeScript, Rust, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Terraform.

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You should have experience leading software development projects, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with our tech stack and experience in security or fintech is highly desirable.
