As the Research Team Lead, you will guide the research direction, manage projects, mentor ML engineers, and ensure the successful translation of research into production systems. You will oversee the development and improvement of our large-scale behavioral models based on mouse movements, keystrokes, and sensor data. Your role involves setting focus, project management, measuring success, and fostering innovation within the team.

We seek an experienced leader with a strong background in Machine Learning, ideally applied to behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, or security. You should have proven experience leading research or ML teams, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate complex research into tangible product features.
