Implementation Specialist - Video Production Technology

Role: Implementation Specialist - Video Production Technology

Responsibilities: Assist enterprise clients with the implementation and integration of Topaz Labs video enhancement software into their existing production workflows. Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance. Troubleshoot technical issues during setup and deployment. Develop documentation and training materials. Gather customer feedback to inform product development.

Skills Required: Strong understanding of video production pipelines, codecs, formats, and post-production workflows. Technical proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and potentially scripting (Python). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer-facing abilities. Experience in a technical support, solutions architect, or implementation role related to video technology.

Ideal Candidate: A technically adept individual with a background in video production or post-production. Passionate about helping customers leverage technology effectively. Combines technical expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive salary (Range: $130,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience) and equity package.
