Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

• Experienced in Building Full‑Stack Systems. You have a strong track record of shipping scalable, performant applications from frontend UI to backend distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of both frontend and backend applications, mentoring engineers as needed.
• Architect the development of our core systems—from real‑time job matching algorithms to autonomous worker‑vetting pipelines powered by ML and AI agents.
• Design, architect, and build scalable web and mobile applications, distributed systems, and APIs to meet growing business needs.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining high UI/UX standards.
• Establish and promote best practices for code reusability, performance, and build processes across both frontend and backend.
• Implement monitoring systems to track application health and performance.
• Contribute as a key player on a scrappy founding team shaping the future of flexible light‑industrial staffing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies, specifically Typescript/JavaScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Strong proficiency in building APIs, distributed systems, and client‑side state management; experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
• Demonstrated ability to ship scalable, high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience in early‑stage engineering teams, thriving in ambiguity and acting as a self‑starter.
• Genuine passion for contributing to meaningful work that helps people find flexible job opportunities.
