Tracebit is a Seed Stage, UK founded security product company backed by Accel and Tapestry VC, taking a new look at canaries for intrusion detection. We work with amazing companies like Docker, Riot Games, and Synthesia to help detect threats in cloud and enterprise environments. We have scaled to impressive customers and consistently delight them with our shipping pace and quality.

We are hiring for one final 'Founding Engineer' position to join our initial team of 6.

**About the Role:**
Reporting to Sam, our CTO and Co-Founder, you'll join a team of other awesome engineers (Dancho, Michael, Niall, Nico, Rahul). You will:
*   Work face-to-face with founders, the engineering team, customers, and prospects to build a delightful product solving real problems.
*   Work across the stack, primarily in C# on .NET Core 9, but also using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and HTMX for the frontend.
*   Follow good practices like Continuous Delivery (CD) and build simple, scalable, powerful architecture.
*   Ship features daily with very little bureaucracy in a small, tight-knit team environment.
*   Work on-site 5 days a week in our Central London office.

**Who We're Looking For:**
*   Someone who cares deeply about producing high-quality work and is savvy in making the correct tradeoffs on pace vs. quality.
*   Has spent at least a few years shipping software at some degree of scale and/or criticality, ideally at a product-focused company.
*   Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
*   Excited by the fast pace and rate of change that is inevitable in any successful, early-stage startup.
*   Gets their energy from getting things done and into customers' hands, while also being here to have fun along the way.

**Logistics:**
*   Location: Central London (On-site 5 days/week).
*   Working Hours: Generally 9am-6pm, with flexibility expected and offered.
