Tracfox is building an AI-native compliance platform focused on financial markets and regulatory compliance automation. We are an early stage start-up, looking for software engineers to join our technical team as we bootstrap our product development and grow the company from scratch.

Role & Responsibilities:
*   Join our technical team as we bootstrap product development.
*   Contribute significantly to building our AI-native compliance platform from the ground up.
*   Write elegant, clean, and maintainable code.
*   Collaborate closely with other team members in a remote-first environment.
*   Help shape the technical direction and culture of a growing startup.

Technical Stack:
*   Backend: Python (FastAPI, Pika, LangGraph)
*   Frontend: Typescript (React, MUI, Vite)
*   Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, OpenSearch

Ideal Candidate:
*   Experienced software engineer proficient in either our backend (Python) or frontend (Typescript/React) stack, or both.
*   Passionate about building high-quality software products.
*   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
*   Values collaboration, kindness, and technical excellence.
*   Self-motivated and capable of working effectively remotely.
*   Experience with AI/ML, financial markets, or compliance is a plus, but not required.
