**Company:** Tram Case is building AI-powered tools to help law firms work faster, smarter, and with less busywork. We're a small, senior team based in LATAM, creating an end-to-end platform to automate the entire case lifecycle.

**Role:** As a Backend Engineer, you'll be working directly with the founders, building core features from scratch using Python. You will design, develop, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our platform. No layers of approval, no legacy code — just thoughtful product work, shipped fast.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
*   Collaborate with the team to design data models and database schemas.
*   Integrate with third-party services and potentially AI/ML models.
*   Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
*   Contribute to system architecture discussions.

**Technical Skills:**
*   Strong proficiency in Python.
*   Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL).
*   Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
*   Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
*   Understanding of software development best practices.
*   Required Languages: Spanish & English.
