**Company:** Tram Case is building AI-powered tools to help law firms work faster, smarter, and with less busywork. We're a small, senior team based in LATAM, creating an end-to-end platform to automate the entire case lifecycle.

**Role:** As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll be working directly with the founders, building features from scratch across the entire stack using Python and Javascript/Typescript. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, creating seamless user experiences and robust server-side logic. No layers of approval, no legacy code — just thoughtful product work, shipped fast.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Develop and maintain user-facing features using Javascript/Typescript (and relevant frameworks).
*   Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
*   Collaborate on API design and integration.
*   Work with databases and data modeling.
*   Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for both frontend and backend.
*   Contribute to the overall product architecture.

**Technical Skills:**
*   Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript.
*   Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
*   Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL).
*   Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
*   Understanding of software development best practices across the stack.
*   Required Languages: Spanish & English.
