Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for platform development
• Define and drive the technical vision for platform, frameworks, and developer experience
• Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to align on technical direction
• Ensure high quality, scalability, and reliability of platform services
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices and standards
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation

Required Skills and the Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a technology leader with a track record of successful team management
• Deep technical expertise in software engineering, particularly in distributed systems
• Strong understanding of development methodologies and agile practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineers
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Experience in building and scaling engineering organizations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices
