Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Product Operations team responsible for the full product lifecycle
• Define and implement processes to improve product development, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align on goals
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery and customer experience

Required Skills and the Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in product operations or program management
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive operational improvements
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and software development tools
