We help companies of all sizes manage their pricing strategies and turn them into actual revenue. **About The Role:** As a Solutions Engineer at Turnstile, you'll play a foundational role in a company designed for scale. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their unique revenue challenges and demonstrate how Turnstile's platform can solve them. You'll be responsible for translating customer requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure the platform meets market needs. **Responsibilities:** * Work directly with customers to understand their business and technical requirements * Demonstrate Turnstile's platform during product demonstrations and pilot programs * Provide technical guidance and support to customers during implementation * Collaborate with product management to define features and improvements based on customer feedback * Develop technical documentation and internal tools to support customer success * Stay at the forefront of technology advancements in revenue management and customer success **Requirements:** * Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer) * Strong technical background with deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software development * Experience with SaaS products and revenue management concepts * Excellent communication and presentation skills * 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary ($185k-205k) + equity * Comprehensive benefits including 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision * Fully remote work with flexible schedules * Opportunity to work with a small, experienced team in a fast-growing startup environment * $1,500 annual stipend for setting up your home workspace * 16 weeks paid parental leave * Equal pay by level at 75th percentile of SF salaries
