Key Responsibilities: As a Growth Hacker, you’ll own brand awareness initiatives and drive innovative growth experiments. You’ll turn our founders into must-follow voices, coordinate in-person and virtual events, produce high-signal content, and test unorthodox marketing plays. Your responsibilities include amplifying our thought leadership, exploring bold brand plays (including physical ads), and helping us scale our community and reach.

Required Skills & Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a full-stack creative operator with proven experience turning momentum into movement. You should have a track record of scaling growth from 0 to significant ARR, building acquisition loops from scratch, and making technical content go viral. Strong operational skills, the ability to juggle multiple ideas, and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. Bonus points for experience with SEO, influencer marketing, or landing companies on podcasts.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is £90,000 - £140,000 with equity opportunities.
