About The Role: We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for prototyping and developing AI agents, focusing on practical solutions to problems such as search, grounding, document understanding, and image understanding. You will work with LLMs in Python/LangGraph to build AI features for our platform. Our AI engineers own a range of features including search, document generation, citations, and Excel understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype and develop AI agents for practical solutions
• Work with LLMs in Python/LangGraph to build AI features
• Own features such as search, document generation, citations, and Excel understanding
• Stay at the forefront of technology advancements in AI

Requirements:

• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
• Experience with AI agents and document understanding
• Deep understanding of foundation models

Compensation: Up to £160,000
