About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Research Engineer to join our team of AI experts. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new methods for training and optimizing AI agents. You will collaborate with our engineering team to build simulation environments and analyze performance data to improve agent capabilities. This position requires a strong background in AI research and a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research initiatives focused on agent training methodologies
• Design and build innovative simulation environments for agent testing
• Analyze performance metrics and use them to optimize agent behavior
• Develop and implement new algorithms for reinforcement learning and agent optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into production systems
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers on best practices in AI research

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• Proven research experience with publications in top AI conferences
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, deep learning, and agent-based systems
• Strong programming skills (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
