Vibrant is building the first AI-powered, all-in-one practice platform for functional, integrative, and longevity medicine clinicians, aiming to automate workflows and enhance personalized care. We are a world-class team of health tech founders, AI builders, and physicians from Meta, Stride Health, and Parsley Health. We're building Cursor for doctors.

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and shaping our platform. You will work on features like AI-driven notetaking/scribing, Clinical Decision Support, integrations, and agentic workflows, contributing to the core 'AI Operating System' for clinicians. In just five months, we've built significant parts of this system, receiving feedback like "I have goosebumps, this is really incredible. Very accurate." and "Seeing the patient overview AI-generated summary come to life after placing a couple notes is AMAZING."

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying full-stack features, working closely with the founding team, physicians, and AI experts, and contributing to the overall technical direction and architecture of the Vibrant platform.

Technical skills required include proficiency in our stack: Typescript, React, NextJS, React Native, Expo. Experience with custom AI agents, RAG, tools, and agentic workflows is highly desirable.
