Founding ML Researcher

VLM Run is seeking a highly skilled Founding ML Researcher to contribute to our mission of advancing Vision-Language Model (VLM) technology. With a track record of excellence in AI research and application, you will be instrumental in developing innovative algorithms, optimizing model performance, and exploring cutting-edge techniques in visual AI. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, particularly in areas relevant to VLMs, and the ability to bridge theoretical research with practical implementation. You will collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that novel research findings are integrated into our production platform, driving improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, along with significant experience in ML research and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus an additional 0.5-3% equity package, making this an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of visual AI.
