Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Back-end Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the scalable back-end services and tools that power our popular Roblox games and support our development teams. You'll work primarily with Golang and AWS technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable back-end systems using Golang.
- Develop, deploy, and manage services on AWS, leveraging appropriate cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with game developers and other engineers to define requirements and deliver robust back-end solutions.
- Ensure high performance, availability, and quality of back-end services.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
- Contribute to code quality, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute to long-term technical planning.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Golang (Go).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, EKS).
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices or distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
