About the Role: Voxel51 is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our ML Workflows team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enable data scientists and ML engineers to interact with our platform effectively. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to create intuitive and powerful tools for building and managing ML workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user interfaces for ML workflows, data annotation, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to define requirements and features.
- Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable code using React and TypeScript, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other frontend engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a frontend engineer, with a focus on building complex web applications.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of state management and testing.
- Experience with building data visualization tools and dashboards.
- Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and practices (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
