Company: Maritime Shipping Solutions helps tackle one of the most important sectors for the global economy - maritime shipping. The industry is antiquated, hampered by paperwork, and customers are crying out for better solutions. We're a team of >20 people hiring remotely and globally. Role: We are looking for Customer Success Executives to ensure our maritime shipping clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our software, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing value. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-implementation. - Proactively monitor customer health and usage to identify opportunities and risks. - Drive adoption and usage of our software within customer organizations. - Advocate for customer needs and feedback within the company. - Collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Technical Skills: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support). - Ability to understand customer needs and map them to software solutions. - Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success platforms is a plus. Ideal Candidate: - Intellectually curious about new industries, specifically maritime shipping. - Passionate about helping customers succeed and building strong relationships. - Enjoys talking to and getting close to end users and understanding their business. - Proactive and results-oriented. - Comfortable working in a remote, global team environment (UCT-8 to UCT+4). - Fluent in English.
