Our mission is to combat loneliness by creating opportunities for deep, lasting friendships that have become increasingly rare in today's individualistic society.\n\n**About The Role:**\n\nWe are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our growth strategy and scale our impact. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving awareness, user acquisition, and community expansion. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital channels, partnerships, and paid advertising to fuel our rapid growth trajectory.\n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n*   Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets\n*   Oversee and optimize all marketing channels including social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising\n*   Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement\n*   Develop and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and complementary businesses\n*   Lead community management efforts including city expansion and partnerships with local organizers\n*   Analyze marketing performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies for maximum ROI\n*   Manage the marketing budget effectively and report on campaign results\n*   Engage with our community to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into marketing initiatives\n\n**Required Skills & Ideal Candidate:**\n\n*   Proven track record as a Marketing Director or equivalent leadership role\n*   Experience developing and scaling marketing strategies for SaaS or community-driven products\n*   Deep expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, content strategy, and paid advertising\n*   Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation and data analysis\n*   Excellent partnership development skills with a network of industry contacts\n*   Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities\n*   Passion for community building and addressing social issues like loneliness\n*   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment\n\n**Compensation:**\n\nThe estimated pay range for this role is not specified, but we offer competitive equity and benefits in addition to a market-rate salary.
