About The Role: As a Backend Engineer at Wordware, you will be instrumental in building the real-time execution infrastructure and LLM orchestration systems that power our AI development platform. You will design and implement scalable backend services that enable our users to create and deploy AI agents.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using modern technologies.
• Build real-time execution infrastructure to handle concurrent user requests efficiently.
• Develop systems for LLM orchestration, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to design and implement new features.
• Optimize database queries and infrastructure for speed and cost-efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in backend engineering, preferably with high-throughput systems.
• Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex system issues.
• Passion for building robust and scalable systems.
