About The Role: As a Full Stack Engineer at Wordware, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of our AI development platform. You will work on both the frontend and backend, designing and implementing features that enable users to create, test, and deploy AI agents without writing code.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features across the entire stack (frontend, backend, database).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain the core platform infrastructure.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different layers of the application.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (React, Node.js, Go, etc.).
• Solid understanding of database design, REST APIs, and web security.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
