About The Role: As a Growth Engineer at Wordware, you will be responsible for building viral tools and optimizing the user journey to drive adoption and engagement. You will analyze user behavior, implement growth experiments, and scale our user base.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Conduct A/B tests and measure their impact on key metrics.
• Develop tools and dashboards to track growth metrics and experiment results.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking.

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in growth engineering or product marketing.
• Proven track record of driving user growth through data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
