About The Role: As the ex-CTO at Wordware, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and leading our technical strategy. With 70% of your time spent in an IC role, you will stay deeply involved in engineering while providing strategic leadership.

• Define and drive the product vision and technical strategy for Wordware.
• Lead technical initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and guide engineering managers and technical teams.
• Make key architectural decisions and drive technical innovation.
• Build and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
• Work directly with engineers on complex technical challenges.
