About The Role: As a Product Designer at Wordware, you will design end-to-end flows for AI agent creation and deployment. You will create intuitive user experiences that make complex AI development accessible to users of all technical backgrounds.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and define user personas for AI development tools.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features.
• Create UI components and ensure consistency with our design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs effectively.
• Test designs with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product design or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex software tools.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
