**Role Description:**

As a Forward-Deployed Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, driving them end-to-end. You'll work closely with client leadership to understand their business challenges, identify high-impact AI opportunities using Workhelix's methodologies, and develop data-driven deployment strategies. You will ensure successful implementation and track the ongoing value and ROI delivered by AI initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery and ongoing monitoring.
*   Collaborate with c-suite executives and senior leaders to define strategic goals for AI adoption.
*   Apply Workhelix's proprietary task-scoring and economic models to pinpoint key AI opportunities.
*   Develop compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps for AI implementation.
*   Oversee the successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
*   Monitor and report on the ROI and business impact of AI initiatives.
*   Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.

**Ideal Candidate:**

*   Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or a client-facing analytical role.
*   Strong understanding of business strategy, economics, and data analysis.
*   Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.
*   Ability to translate complex technical and economic concepts into clear business insights.
*   Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their business applications is a plus.
*   Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
*   Based in or willing to work frequently in the Greater San Francisco Area.
