**Role Description:**

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead Workhelix's marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, developing go-to-market (GTM) materials, managing our social media presence, and executing targeted marketing campaigns and events. Your goal is to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position Workhelix as a thought leader in the AI value creation space.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Workhelix.
*   Create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and sales collateral.
*   Develop and manage go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product features and services.
*   Manage Workhelix's social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.) to engage our audience and build community.
*   Plan, execute, and measure the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social, digital advertising).
*   Organize and manage participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
*   Track marketing KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
*   Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.

**Ideal Candidate:**

*   Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech services, or AI.
*   Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and GTM materials.
*   Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns.
*   Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
*   Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing metrics.
*   Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*   Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
*   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
*   Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
