**Role Description:**

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Workhelix's tech-enabled services to large enterprise clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to C-suite negotiations and closing deals. You will leverage your experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to effectively communicate Workhelix's value proposition to senior executives.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients in target industries.
*   Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
*   Engage with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers to understand their business challenges related to AI.
*   Articulate the value proposition of Workhelix's services and software.
*   Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
*   Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
*   Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
*   Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and engineering teams to ensure client success.
*   Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

**Ideal Candidate:**

*   Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, specifically selling SaaS products or complex technology solutions.
*   Experience selling to C-suite executives and navigating large, complex organizations.
*   Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
*   Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
*   Strong understanding of enterprise software, AI, data analytics, or related technology fields.
*   Ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior business leaders.
*   Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
*   Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities.
*   Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
