**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer for a hybrid role combining outbound sales generation with technical pre-sales expertise. You will play a key role in establishing our U.S. market presence, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Xeotek's Data Streamhouse (powered by Kadeck) solves their real-world data streaming challenges. This is a high-growth opportunity with full ownership from day one in an onsite culture based in San Jose, CA.

**What you’ll do:**
- Own and build outbound sales strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to generate leads.
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations connecting Xeotek's capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Build and refine demo scripts, workflows, and reusable pre-sales content.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team.

**What we’re looking for:**
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, B2B SaaS sales, or technical pre-sales.
- A strong outbound mindset and hands-on experience driving deals.
- Solid understanding of technologies like Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern data infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
- An independent, structured work style with a proactive startup mentality.
- Must be based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA) and available for onsite work.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000
