**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our U.S. outbound sales efforts and manage strategic customer engagements. This hybrid role involves building and executing the outbound sales strategy while also leveraging technical understanding to guide customer conversations and potentially oversee sales engineering activities. You will be instrumental in establishing Xeotek's footprint in the U.S., driving revenue growth, and potentially building a sales team. This position requires a blend of sales leadership, outbound expertise, and a solid grasp of data streaming technologies. This is a high-growth opportunity with full ownership from day one in an onsite culture based in San Jose, CA.

**What you’ll do:**
- Develop, implement, and manage the U.S. outbound sales strategy and processes (emails, calls, LinkedIn).
- Lead and potentially mentor sales/pre-sales team members.
- Drive strategic customer conversations, focusing on business outcomes and value.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of effective sales collateral and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline development.

**What we’re looking for:**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B SaaS sales, sales engineering, or sales leadership, preferably in the data infrastructure or enterprise software space.
- Strong outbound sales leadership skills and hands-on experience in building and managing sales pipelines.
- Good understanding of Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, and modern data infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions and business value to diverse stakeholders, including executives.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style with a strong startup mentality.
- Experience in managing sales processes and potentially a small team.
- Must be based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA) and available for onsite work.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000
