**The Role:**

We are seeking a Lead Front End React Developer to spearhead the development of our user-facing web applications. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for Yotta's latest IoT offerings.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Lead the design and development of sophisticated front-end web applications using React.
*   Ensure the creation of beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
*   Collaborate closely with back-end engineers to implement seamless and secure API integrations for Yotta's cloud services.
*   Take ownership of the front-end architecture and implementation decisions.
*   Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
*   Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

**Technical Skills & Requirements:**

*   Proven experience leading front-end development projects.
*   Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
*   Experience building complex and interactive user interfaces.
*   Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
*   Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
*   Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
*   Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
*   Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

*   Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
*   Experience with Mapbox GL JS or similar mapping libraries (e.g., Leaflet, Google Maps API) is a significant advantage.
*   Familiarity with IoT concepts or experience working with IoT data.
*   Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
*   Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
