Top merchants automate over 80% of their support tickets through Yuma.<p><p>About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building the full-stack infrastructure for our AI agents. You will work on cutting-edge technologies to create scalable and reliable systems that power our customer support automation. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and contribute to the future of AI in e-commerce.<p><p>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design and development of full-stack AI solutions for customer support automation</li><li>Build and maintain scalable backend services in Ruby with a focus on AI orchestration</li><li>Develop and implement front-end interfaces for our AI agents and customer dashboard</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into our platform</li><li>Optimize and debug complex distributed systems to ensure high performance and reliability</li><li>Work closely with product and customer success teams to understand requirements and deliver features that enhance the user experience</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions</li></ul><p><p>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on AI and automation</li><li>Expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar full-stack frameworks</li><li>Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs</li><li>Experience with front-end technologies (React, Vue, or similar) for building user interfaces</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams</li><li>At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant portion in AI or automation</li></ul><p><p>Nice-to-have:<ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer support workflows</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li></ul><p><p>We offer competitive compensation, equity options, and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and learning.
