Senior Account Executive, Digital Health & Wellness
Job Description: About The Role: Zeno Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Health & Wellness practice, supporting corporate social media and communications for pharma and biotech clients. You’re equal parts creative thinker, precise executor, and trusted team player—someone who knows how to bring science‑driven stories to life on social media in ways that are both strategically smart and fully compliant. You have a passion for translating complex topics into clear, human narratives, and you understand how to navigate the guardrails of regulated communication. You’ll help drive day‑to‑day social content, partner across inter‑agency teams (IAT), and ensure every post and program meets the highest standards of accuracy, engagement, and FDA compliance. You’re curious, proactive, and energized by the challenge of making scientific innovation accessible, relevant, and inspiring.
Responsibilities:
Bring Strategy to Life
- Day‑to‑Day Account Support: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across creative, paid, and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Social Media Management: Support planning, content development, and publishing for corporate and unbranded social channels—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Client Partnership: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, helping translate strategy into actionable next steps and managing feedback loops efficiently.
- IAT Collaboration: Work closely with inter‑agency partners to align messaging, ensure consistency across workstreams, and contribute to integrated campaigns.
Ensure Compliance & Precision
- Regulatory Readiness: Prepare materials for MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submission, manage revisions, and track status to keep reviews on schedule.
- Compliance Stewardship: Apply understanding of FDA and PhRMA guidelines to review copy and visuals for compliance; escalate questions and potential risks early.
- Community Management Support: Assist in monitoring social channels, drafting responses, and maintaining compliance with escalation and moderation protocols.
Fuel Insight & Learning
- Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze performance data to tell the story behind the metrics—what worked, what didn’t, and what to try next.
- Trendspotting: Monitor social, digital, and industry trends in healthcare to identify opportunities for brands to show up authentically and responsibly.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions with fresh, insight‑driven ideas.
Collaborate & Grow
- Team Player: Partner closely with Account Supervisors, Account Directors, and Creative teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress.
- Mentorship & Learning: Support junior team members while continuing to expand your own strategic and regulatory expertise.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of digital communications experience on healthcare accounts within a PR or Advertising agency, or within the marketing or communications department of a biopharmaceutical or device manufacturer.
Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines and handle the changing needs of clients.
Bachelor’s degree.
Credible experience managing social media platforms or communities and working with digital influencers.
Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment
Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, social media monitoring/analysis tools (e.g. Crimson Hexagon or similar), and social management platforms such as HootSuite.
Strong writing and analytical skills, with an ability to translate research and data into insights.
Track record of creative thinking and effective execution in social media.
Understand integrated marketing directed toward both consumers/patients and health professionals.
Pay range: $__67,000 - 78,000 _$USD$ Level 04
