About The Role: As a Vulnerability Researcher at Zetier, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities in our systems and products. You’ll work on challenging problems requiring deep expertise in low-level systems, exploit development, and reverse engineering. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on national security while collaborating with a talented team of engineers and security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth security research to discover vulnerabilities in various software and hardware systems
  • Develop and document detailed exploit strategies for identified vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement patches and security enhancements
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and research community findings
  • Contribute to open-source projects and share findings with the broader security community
  • Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations for vulnerability exploitation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vulnerability research and exploitation
  • Strong background in low-level systems programming (C/C++, Assembly)
  • Familiarity with reverse engineering tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity research or related field
