Senior Tech Lead

Role: As a Senior Technical Lead at Zetier, you will apply your experience and engineering principles to manage complexity, cost, and maintainability on challenging projects. You'll provide thorough and practical solutions, contribute significantly to project development, and collaborate with customer representatives. You will have the autonomy to identify and implement effective approaches, use best practices, mitigate risks, and play a vital role in driving projects forward. You may lead teams focused on low-level systems, exploit development, CNO, or other cybersecurity domains.

Responsibilities:
*   Lead technical design and implementation on complex cybersecurity projects.
*   Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
*   Interface with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and report progress.
*   Manage project complexity, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
*   Contribute to technical strategy and R&D efforts within your domain.
*   Oversee development processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
*   Solve challenging technical problems in areas like low-level systems, CNO, or exploit development.

Ideal Candidate:
*   Extensive experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field.
*   Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
*   Deep expertise in one or more areas relevant to Zetier (e.g., vulnerability research, embedded systems, CNO tool development, OS internals).
*   Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
*   Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
*   Experience managing project risks and technical trade-offs.
