Our goal is to deliver end-to-end operational solutions that drive real-world mission success. Role: As a Business Developer at Zetier, you will be a key part of our Business Operations team. You will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and government contracting space. You'll leverage your strategic thinking and understanding of the market to drive growth and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients (primarily government/DoD/IC). * Understand client needs and map them to Zetier's capabilities and offerings. * Support proposal development and capture management activities. * Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategy. * Represent Zetier at industry events and conferences. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and articulate value propositions. Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or capture management, preferably within the US Government (DoD/IC) contracting sector. * Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the CNO domain is highly desirable. * Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners. * Self-motivated and results-oriented. * Experience with government procurement processes and proposal writing is a plus.
