We make it super simple to build AI agents for marketing teams, focusing on marketing automation and journey building. As a Software Engineer (Backend) in our small, bootstrapped, and lean tech team, you'll build reliable & scalable AI systems that power interactions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Work extensively with the Nest.js framework.
- Manage and optimize databases including MongoDB and ClickHouse.
- Implement and iterate on features related to generative AI agents for marketing and sales workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to deploy and monitor AI systems in production environments serving enterprise customers.

What you'll need:
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Nest.js framework.
- Database expertise with MongoDB and ClickHouse.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts and applications.
- Experience building scalable backend services.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
