As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) in our small, bootstrapped, and lean tech team, you'll take a leading role in architecting and building reliable & scalable AI systems that power interactions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of highly scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Leverage deep expertise in the Nest.js framework to build robust applications.
- Own database strategy and optimization for MongoDB and ClickHouse.
- Drive the implementation of complex features involving generative AI agents for sophisticated marketing and sales workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deploy and refine AI systems serving enterprise customers.

What you'll need:
- Strong, proven experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.
- Deep familiarity and expertise with the Nest.js framework.
- Advanced database expertise with MongoDB and ClickHouse, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and practical application development.
- Extensive experience building, deploying, and scaling complex backend services.
- Python knowledge is a significant plus.
