Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Zigment’s platform in customer environments.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customer deployments.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve deployment processes and tools.
Required Skills:
- Experience with deploying and configuring complex software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
