Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend) - Rust, Terraform

About ZioSec: ZioSec is building the first offensive security platform for AI agents. We’re a venture-backed startup with a small, agile team focused on revolutionizing AI security. This role involves designing and implementing backend systems for our platform, which uses Rust for performance-critical components and Terraform for infrastructure management. You’ll work with our team to create secure, scalable systems that protect AI agents from vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services using Rust, focusing on performance and security
• Implement infrastructure as code solutions with Terraform
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless API integration
• Contribute to the technical roadmap for our AI security platform
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Work closely with security experts to implement secure coding practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Rust and systems programming
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture
• Expertise in Terraform and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Experience with building secure APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, plus significant equity.
