Ambient is building a useful proof of work cryptocurrency network where the proof of work is verified inference, fine tuning, and pre-training on a single large language model (650b+ parameters) that runs on all the nodes of our network. Our vision is a currency backed by the productivity of machine intelligence, providing Bitcoin-like rewards for AI tasks with predictable profits. Ambient is an SVM-compatible Proof of Work L1, a full fork of Solana operating at Solana speeds, supplying hyperscaled verified inference using our hyper-optimized Proof of Logits (PoL) consensus. We focus miners, users, and agents on a single, ever-evolving, open-source LLM colossus, enabling cooperative training at hyperscale.
